Can't install from Google Play?

Check that your Android version is 8.0 or later, and that you have around 30 MB free. Restarting the device usually clears stuck installs. If not, email us with your device model and we'll help.

Not receiving morning reminders?

Settings → Notifications → Daily devotional. Make sure the toggle is on and Android isn't throttling EverWell in battery settings. We'll gladly walk you through it.

Signed in on a new device but entries aren't syncing?

Journal entries are end-to-end encrypted — if sync is off or you're signed in as a guest, they stay only on the original device. Turn on iCloud/Google sign-in in Settings to link accounts.

Lost your streak unfairly?

You get one grace day per month automatically. If something else went wrong (timezone shift, travel, an app bug), write us with the date and we'll restore it.
