Common Issues

I'm not receiving daily reminders

Make sure notifications are enabled for EverWell in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → EverWell. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → EverWell → Notifications. Also check that Do Not Disturb is turned off during your reminder times.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.

My devotional content isn't loading

This is usually a connection issue. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or close and reopen the app. If the problem persists, make sure you're running the latest version of EverWell.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion directly in the app under Settings, or visit our dedicated page for step-by-step instructions.
