How to delete your account.

Deleting your account removes your profile and all associated data — journal entries, prayer intentions, gratitude lists, streaks — from our systems within 24 hours.

Delete from the app

Three steps, and it's done.

Open EverWell and navigate to Settings.
Tap the gear icon in the top right, or open the side menu and choose Settings.

Choose Account, then select Delete Account.
You'll find Delete Account at the bottom of the Account screen, under Danger Zone.

Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
We ask you to confirm twice because this action permanently erases every entry you've written. No shadow copies remain.

What gets removed

Everything we hold about you.

Your profile — email, username, and any display preferences
All journal entries, prayer intentions, and gratitude lists
Your streak history, game scores, and leaderboard standing
Saved devotionals, reading plan progress, and favorites
Any audio you've downloaded for offline use
Anonymized analytics tied to your account identifier

We keep a minimal, anonymized record of the deletion event itself (the date and that a request was fulfilled) for legal and audit purposes. No content or identifiers are retained.

Don't see the Delete Account option?

Make sure you're on the latest version of the app. Open Google Play, search for EverWell, and tap Update if it's available.
