• Clear local app data without deleting your account.

Third-party services

EverWell may use trusted third-party services (such as analytics or crash-reporting tools) that collect limited, anonymised data to help us improve the app. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and do not receive your personal journal or prayer content.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using EverWell you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Use of EverWell

Use the app respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Content ownership

Your personal notes, prayers, and reflections remain yours. EverWell does not claim ownership of any content you create within the app. Devotional content, design, and branding provided by EverWell are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription (EverWell+). Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Refund policies are governed by the respective platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.

Limitation of liability

EverWell is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the app, including interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated within the app or via email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
